Previous releases (discarded, for information only):
CNES/GRGS RL03-v2: The C21/S21 are incorrect between 2003/01 and 2012/12. This has been corrected in RL03-v3.
CNES/GRGS RL03-v1: A problem has been identified in the CNES/GRGS RL03-v1 solutions above Latitudes 82° North and South. Please, do not use the RL03-v1 solutions in the polar areas (between 82° and 90°). This has been corrected in RL03-v2.
